Something fun this Friday, Nov 14, 9:30 am EST (UTC-5)
I'll be the guest for the LIVE conversation hosted by Desiree B. Stephens

November 10, 2025
I'm incredibly excited that I get to hang out live on-screen with Desiree B. Stephens as she live-streams with her community this Friday, November 14, 2025, 9:30 am EST/New York time (UTC-5).
Desiree’s excellent e-book “15 Pillars of Supremacy Culture” (get it here) is the November Big Read over in my Patreon community.
You can get all the details about the November 14th conversation (including how to redeem a free membership to Desiree’s community) and the Big Read here. Please note that I do keep most of my Patreon posts behind a membership wall but it is NOT a paywall (although I do welcome paid memberships if you have the resources to do so), in order to keep our discussions away from trolls and saboteurs as much as possible.
I expect my business to take a hit as I continue to speak out about the harms of supremacy culture and white nationalism. Please help me fight this good and necessary fight by recommending me to friends and colleagues who might need a business coach or strategic planner (my specialty as a planner is small shops) or of course folks who might be interested in my Spark Your Idea workshop. My equity pricing structure means I can help most folks regardless of their capacity to pay and I have extensive experience, especially in the area of social justice. Some of my clients run high-revenue businesses, while others run non-profits or part-time or one-person businesses.
I try to be transparent about my identity as a white, cis-het, middle-class, non-disabled woman in the U.S., because I think it’s important for my potential clients to know. I often get to work with people who have identities that differ from mine, and together, we are building a more just and equitable world where our lives and work are much better because of it.
Let’s have fun while we change this world for the better together,
Kay Coughlin, CEO and Business Coach, Facilitator on Fire
