Strategic planning is, in fact, for everybody

Strategic plans seem like a great idea - and in fact, they are a fantastic business tool. But for most folks, they look like they have to be a big expensive production, right?

And if you run a tiny business or a small shop, well, the idea of investing in a strategic plan can be really daunting. Whether you're worried about cost or just the sheer amount of all the resources (including your time) that you'll need to pour into it, it seems like a lot.

So what if I told you that yes, strategic plans are not only an excellent tool, but also well within reach for everybody, not just for big businesses or people with time, team members and money to spare.

Even better, you don't have to stress trying to do it yourself, when you're busy enough working on your business every day anyway!

I've been facilitating strategic plans professionally for at least 25 years (many of you reading this have, in fact, been clients of mine!), and while I've worked with teams of all sizes, my favorites are still the small shops and solopreneurs.

So, to make it even easier, affordable and more accessible for the smallest of shops (including solopreneurs), I have packaged up my strategic planning into a really straightforward format.

Here's what it looks like: over the course of about a month, you can plan to spend approximately 8 hours of your time working directly with me virtually (and you can include up to 3 team members, if you like). You'll get a completely customized strategic planning process, document, and outline for a work plan, all for one flat, very reasonable fee.

Plus, in the fee, I include 3 months of business coaching with me after your plan is completed, in order to give you the best start possible.

I even offer payment plans if it's not feasible for you to pay in one lump sum, or if you're just watching your cash flow and need to be mindful. I've been there, so I know what that's like.
